Jazz enthusiasts were treated to an evening reminiscing the music and life of Oscar Peterson. James Pearson met Oscar Peterson on several occasions and was able to describe the man behind the music. There were also interesting comparisons with the musical techniques of Art Tatum, Errol Garner and Fats Waller.
